Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang Karya Pipiet Senja. Rumusan masalah dalam penlitian ini adalah bagaimanakah penggambaran nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang Karya Pipiet Senja. Latar belakang penelitian mencangkup tentang nilai pendidikan karakter. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini berupa kata-kata, frase, kalimat, dan wacana yang mengindikasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang Karya Pipiet Senja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Jalan Panjang Menuju Pulang Karya Pipiet Senja muncul karena adanya paparan ucapan tokoh dan narator serta adanya tindakan tokoh yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter.
