Pengaruh Konsep Diri dan Ekspektasi Karir Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Kota Bukittinggi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri dan ekspektasi karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kausatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Kota Bukittinggi dan ditentukan 54 sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa. Analisis jalur dengan SPSS digunakan untuk metode analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konsep diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspektasi karir siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Kota Bukittinggi, (2) Konsep diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Kota Bukittinggi. (3) Ekspektasi karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Kota Bukittinggi.
