Studi Evaluasi Program Penggunaan Platform Pembelajaran Online HaiGuru di Sekolah Kristen IPEKA dengan metode Context, Input, Process dan Product (CIPP)

Dampak dari pandemi memberikan berbagai perubahan dan dunia pendidikan juga mulai bertransformasi dan berinovasi. Maka dari itu, guru sebagai pembelajar seumur hidup, perlu beradaptasi dan siap menghadapi perubahan dan tuntutan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program penggunaan Platform Pembelajaran Online HaiGuru di Sekolah Kristen IPEKA. Studi evaluasi ini menggunakan metode CIPP yaitu Context, Input, Process dan Product. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, studi dokumen, dan kuesioner. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan interpretasi langsung dan statistik deskriptif pada aspek product. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan a) Context, memiliki potensi untuk melaksanakan program, tujuan program sesuai dengan visi misi sekolah, dan relevan dengan konteks Sekolah Kristen IPEKA, b) Input, model pembelajaran, alokasi biaya, sarana dan prasarana dinilai baik, c) Process, program-program di HaiGuru beragam, ada beberapa kendala dalan hal SDM dalam proses pengembangannya d) Product, adanya penilaian yang baik terhadap konten, materi kursus, fasilitator, penugasan dan juga adanya penilaian kepuasan yang baik dari user dan pihak yang berkaitan terhadap program ini.
