Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena anak perusahaan kurang mengetahui tentang risiko usaha dan potensi kegagalan kebangkrutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan rencana dan panduan manajemen risiko sesuai dengan Standar ISO 31000:2018. Perseroan berupaya mendukung kemajuan usaha dengan merekrut tenaga kerja yang ahli di bidangnya, bertanggung jawab atas inovasi teknologi dan keamanan database perusahaan. Penerapan manajemen risiko bertujuan untuk mengurangi risiko proses bisnis sehingga tujuan bisnis dapat tercapai.
