Penelitian ini membahas mengenai efektivitas Media Sandpaper Letter pada meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf vokal anak didik tunagrahita ringan kelas III/C di SLB Hikmah Reformasi. Penelitian ini memakai Single Subject Research & jenis penelitian eksperimen memakai desain A-B-A, baseline (A1), hegemoni (B), dan baseline (A2). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan, tanya jawab & uji coba. Alat pengumpulan data memakai persentase. Pedoman output penelitian dijabarkan memakai grafik. Beralaskan output penelitian dapat dilihat kemampuan mengenal huruf vokal anak didik Tunagrahita ringan bertambah tinggi setelah diberikannya hegemoni memakai media sandpaper letter. Sehingga bisa dipertegas Media Sandpaper Letter bisa menaikkan kesanggupan mengenal huruf vokal siswa Tunagrahita Ringan.
