Hubungan Antara Work Family Conflict terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada Ibu Pekerja di Kota Padang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja pada ibu pekerja di Kota Padang. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan peneliti, teknik pengumpulan data dengan skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang yang diperoleh melalui teknik accidental sampling. Analisis penelitian menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang rendah antara work family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja pada ibu pekerja di Kota Padang dengan nilai r= -0,064 dengan signifikansi p = 0,574.
