Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Manajemen Kualitas Total terhadap Kinerja Operasional yang Dimediasi Oleh Organisasi Pembelajaran Pada PT. Colorobbia Indonesia. Terdapat 150 responden dalam penelitian ini yang meliputi admin, operator, quality control, desain produk, dan manager yang masih aktif bekerja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dari Manajemen Kualitas Total terhadap Kinerja Operasional, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dari Organisasi pembelajaran terhadap Kinerja Operasional, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dari Manajemen Kualitas Total terhadap Kinerja Operasional melalui Organisasi Pembelajaran.
