Servant Leadership dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi pada PT Cometic Perkasa Abadi Semarang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun melalui komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 122 orang. Besar sampelnya adalah 93 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pelayan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan yang melayani dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
