Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepercayaan,Komitmen dan Integrasi Rantai Pasokan Terhadap Kinerja Operasional Pada Perusahaan Makanan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 140 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil menunjukan bahwa, Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap integrasi rantai pasokan pada perusahaan makanan di Jakarta, Komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap integrasi rantai pasokan pada perusahaan makanan di Jakarta, Integrasi rantai pasokan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional pada perusahaan makanan di Jakarta.
