Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui hubungan antara social support dan career maturity pada siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Solok-selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan siswa SMK dikabupaten Solok-selatan. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 300 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Pengumpulan data memakai skala likert yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner secara online dan offline. Analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adanya hubungan positif antar kedua variabel Nilai (r)= 0.001 dan nilai (p)= 0.000. yang berarti semakin tinggi social support pada siswa maka semakin tinggi career maturity siswa. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah social support siswa maka semakin rendah career maturity pada individu.
