Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis daya saing industri kerajinan ayaman bambu di Kabupaten Magetan. Tehnik analisis menggunakan Analisis Hirarki Proses (AHP). Instrumen berupa angket yang diberikan kepada keyperson dan indept interview Hasil Analisis menghasilkan 15 alternatif daya saing kerajinan anyaman bambu adalah: 1) pengembangan keragaman produk, 2): peningkatan jiwa entrepreneurship melalui workshop, 3) melaksanakan umpan balik (review produk) kepada pelanggan, 4): memberikan potongan pajak penjualan, 5) adaptasi tehnologi produksi, 6) workshop desain produk, 7) pelatihan manajemen keuangan industri kecil, 8) kerjasama dengan Dinas terkait, 9) pengarahan pendidikan vokasi terkait bagi generasi penerus, 10) kerjasama industri pengguna kerajinan anyaman bambu, 11) mengaktifkan kegiatan dari komunitas pengrajin anyaman bambu, 12) membuka peluang ekspor bagi industri kerajinan anyaman bambu, 13) menciptakan produk baru berbahan baku anyaman bambu, 14) mempermudah akses permodalan, 15) menyediakan pasar online untuk produk kerajinan anyaman bambu.
