Meningkatan Kemampuan Guru Melalui Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah dalam Melaksanakan Penilaian Hasil Belajar Siswa di SD Negeri 01 Tigo Alua

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan guru dengan menggunakan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan penilaian hasil belajar di SD Negeri 01 Tigo Alua Kecamatan Canduang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sebagai subjek adalah guru- guru yang mengajar di SD Negeri 01 Tigo Alua Kecamatan Canduang Kabupaten Agam yang berjumlah 8 Orang Guru. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah, ternyata dapat membantu guru meningkatkan keprofesionalannya, terutama terlihat pada siklus II diperoleh hasil dalam Perumusan Indikator Soal hasil rata-rata menunjukkan angka 70%. Pada Penentuan Alat Penilaian diperoleh hasil 80%, Penentuan strategi metode penilaian mencapai 75% dengan variasi yang semakin beragam. Pada penentuan Pelaksanaan penilaian hasil belajar ada peningkatan hingga 80%, dan Evaluasi terhadap hasil penilaian bisa mencapai 70% dan sudah mencantumkan, bentuk, jenis dan bahkan soal yang digunakan beserta kunci jawaban atau pedoman penilaiannya, serta mencantumkan alokasi waktu yang dibutuhkan.
