Abstract

Teknologi dan informasi telah mempermudah banyak orang dalam bekerja, belajar, berkomunikasi, dan bersosialisasi. Kemajuan teknologi membuat banyak organisasi dan instansi menggunakan teknologi berbasis komputer dan jaringan untuk membantu pekerjaan karena bersifat efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti merancang penggunaan teknologi informasi, seperti aplikasi berbasis web, menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pengelolaan surat secara manual. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam mengelola surat masuk dan disposisi surat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem berupa waterfall model. Selain itu, disposisi surat, yang merupakan instruksi dari pimpinan untuk menindaklanjuti isi surat, menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan penggunaan sistem informasi.
