Faktor Penentu Kesejahteraan Subjektif Mahasiswa : Sebuah Studi Eksploratif di Universitas Negeri Padang

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi faktor penentu kesejahteraan subjektif mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Padang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif eksplorasi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 115 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang di Kota Padang yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner yang disebar pada mahasiswa di seluruh fakultas di Universitas negeri Padang di kota Padang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dan melalui proses keabsahan data dengan peer debriefing. Penelitian ini menemukan enam tema utama yang menjadi determinan kesejahteraan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang di Kota Padang. Keenam determinan tersebut antara lain adalah faktor individu mahasiswa (32.62%), kepuasan dalam relasi (24.55%), kepuasan akademik (17.36%), ekonomi (12.28%), kepuasan terhadap diri (6.60%), dan afeksi (6.59%).
