Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management dan Corporate Governance terhadap Job Pursuit Intention melalui Corporate Social Responsibility. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yaitu tenaga kerja dari PT. Marga Lingkar Jakarta. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 135 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Pursuit Intention, Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Pursuit Intention, Green Human Resource Management dan Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Responsibility mampu memediasi pengaruh Green Human Resource Management terhadap Job Pursuit Intention serta Corporate Social Responsibility tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Corporate Governance terhadap Job Pursuit Intention.
