Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran AI awareness, job crafting, dan servant leadership terhadap work engagement serta peran mediasi dari variabel job crafting yang memediasi pengaruh antara AI awareness dan servant leadership terhadap work engagement pada karyawan yang pernah atau sedang bekerja di Kopi Kenangan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) AI awareness tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap job crafting, (2) servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap job crafting, (3) job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, (4) AI awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, (5) servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, (6) job crafting memediasi pengaruh negatif AI awareness terhadap work engagement, dan (7) job crafting memediasi pengaruh positif servant leadership terhadap work engagement.
