Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini membahas metode mapping alur produksi produk untuk mengurangi tingkat variabilitas, memperkecil variasi yang muncul dari berbagai mesin produksi dalam menghasilkan ribuan produk, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk machining pada industri otomotif. Menggunakan teori probabilitas dan statistika untuk menghitung kemungkinan variasi yang muncul dari proses casting, machining, dan assembling, serta membuat aturan pengaliran produk berdasarkan cycle time, jig, dan pallet yang digunakan pada setiap mesin CNC.
