Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Mutu Pendidikan pada SMK Kristen Bittuang. Teknik Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Teknik Sampling Jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel yang menjadikan semua anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah, hipotesis, dan hasil penelitian serta didasarkan pada analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan penelitian sebagai berikut: Terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Mutu Pendidikan pada SMK Kristen Bittuang. Hasil dari signifikansi (sig.) dalam uji t, diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi X sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 ( 0,000 <0,05).
