Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dengan efikasi diri dan self-leadership di lingkungan universitas. Studi ini dilakukan di Universitas X dengan melibatkan sampel mahasiswa yang aktif dalam berbagai organisasi kampus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang mencakup variabel keterlibatan organisasional, efikasi diri, dan self-leadership. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara tingkat keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dengan tingkat efikasi diri dan self-leadership. Mahasiswa yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan organisasional cenderung memiliki tingkat efikasi diri yang lebih tinggi dan kemampuan self-leadership yang lebih baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa partisipasi dalam organisasi dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan efikasi diri dan keterampilan self-leadership mahasiswa di lingkungan universitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang peran keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam organisasi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan efikasi diri dan self-leadership. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan program pengembangan diri mahasiswa di tingkat universitas, dengan menekankan pentingnya partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan organisasional.
