Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara budaya organisasi, komunikasi internal, keterlibatan kerja, keterlibatan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan datanya melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan Generasi Y dan Generasi Z. Data penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan internal komunikasi tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan variabel keterlibatan kerja dan keterlibatan organisasi mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Serta variabel kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
