Abstract

Pengembangan subsektor peternakan saat ini, menunjukan tren pertumbuhan yang sangat cerah dan berkontribusi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi pertanian Indonesia. Konsumsi susu sapi di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan. Rata-rata konsumsi susu sapi di Indonesia meningkat 5% per tahun namun tidak diimbangi dengan produksi yang hanya meningkat 2%. Tujian penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui cara untuk dapat meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas susu didalam negeri. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengumpu dari beberapa artikel untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan penelitian review. Hasil dari  penelitian ini adalah suplementasi dari berbagai bahan tanaman dapat meningkat kan produksi, kualitas asam lemak dan conjugated linoleic acids dapat di lihat pada tabel I dan pada tebel II. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi produksi, kualitas dan kandungan profil asam lemak dan CLA susu sapi dengan pola pemberian pakan yang berbeda dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantarany melalui manipulasi pakan, pola pemeliharaan dengan sistem grazing, suplementasi garam Ca-CLA, Penggunaan serat hasil sampingan buah (fruit by product), melindungi asam lemak tak jenuh dari biohidrogenasi, dan infusi CLA pada Organ Pasca Rumen.
