Hubungan Self Awareness Dengan Bystander Effect Siswa SMA Negeri 7 Sijunjung

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, situasi darurat di tempat umum seperti kecelakaan dan pembullyan seringkali menjadi momen kritis yang membutuhkan respon cepat dari orang di sekitarnya. Bystander effect pada remaja menunjukan ketidakmampuan mereka melakukan tugasnya sebagai bagian dari peran dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kondisi self awareness siswa, (2) mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek self awareness siswa, (3) mendeskripsikan sikap bystander effect siswa, (4) mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek bystander effect dan (5) menguji hubungan self awareness dengan bystander effect. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif korelasional. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 158 orang siswa. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus persentase, sedangkan analisa korelasional digunakan rumus product moment correlation dan dan perhitungannya dibantu dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata skor capaian self awareness mencapai 62,9%, dengan mayoritas responden (50%) berada pada kategori sedang, (2) rata-rata skor capaian bystander effect sebesar 76,3%, dengan mayoritas responden (53,16%) berada pada kategori tinggi, dan (3) terdapat hubungan negatif antara self awareness dan bystander effect.
