Abstract

Dalam teori pembangunan perubahan itu bisa terjadi bukan hanya karena modal, alam, teknologi tapi yang paling penting karena factor Manusia. Karena manusia atau Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM) merupakan modal yang aktif. Maju dan tidaknya daerah atau nagari amat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumberdaya manusianya. Salah satu persoalan utama petani di Pasaman dan khususnya di Nagarii Muaro Sei lolo adalah kemampuan Petani untuk mengadopsi teknologi, dan menggunakan ilmu pengetahuan dalam berusaha. Maka Pendidikan dan pelatihan menjadi hal yang amat penting. Pembelajaran di kelompok Tani menjadi penting. Pelatihan manajemen usaha Vanili bagi petani menjadi penting, karena tanaman ini bisa menjadi diversifikasi dari produk utama petani. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini akan memberikan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan petani dalam melakukan panen dan pengolahan pasca panen komoditas vanili, dengan harapan di kemudian hari akan terus dimanfaatkan dan diaplikasikan oleh petani agar dapat menambah income petani dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga petani vanili. Adapun kegiatan pendampingan yaitu distribusi bahan cetak buku, famplet best praktis, video dan pencontohan kepada anggota kelompok sasaran. Melakukan pemeliharaan vaniliyang masih ada di kebun petani Pendirian rumah penjemuran di tingkat Gabungan kelompok Tani. Pendirian usaha vanili di tingkat Gabungan kelompokTani. Memfasilitasi produksi dan pemasaran dalam mengelola vanili djadikan remaph dan bahan makanan/minuman.
