Peran Servant Leadership Pelatih terhadap Kecemasan Bertanding Atlit Student

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam sebuah kompetisi. Ketika seorang atlet merasa gugup, itu akan menghalangi kinerja terbaiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang melayani dengan kecemasan dalam bertanding pada atlet yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah. Lima puluh sembilan responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 81% laki-laki dan 78% siswa SMA. Para atletnya berasal dari berbagai cabang olahraga namun kebanyakan dari sepak bola. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner kepemimpinan pelayan dengan reliabilitas 0,89 dan kecemasan bersaing dengan reliabilitas 0,91. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang melayani dengan kecemasan bersaing pada siswa.
