Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Lingkungan Kerja dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil

Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman sangat tergantung pada peran kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan program pendidikan. Maka dari itu, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan sangat berpengaruh dalam menentukan arah dan kebijakan pendidikan yang dibangun, juga berpengaruh pada proses penciptaan kenyamanan, ketertiban proses pembelajaran, terutama pada motivasi dan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. Maka dari itu, gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan PNS perlu dilakukan menganalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja PNS MTsN 2 Tapin Kabupaten Tapin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan ex post facto untuk melakukan penyelidikan secara empiris terhadap pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja PNS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS MTsN 2 Tapin. Maka dari itu, MTsN 2 Tapin agar terus meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kedisiplinan, serta dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan kerja madrasah dengan baik dan meningkatkan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai seorang PNS
