Analisis Manajemen Strategi bagi UMKM di Pekanbaru Agar Dapat Bertahan di Masa Pandemi Covid 19

Situasi dan kondisi ekonomi saat ini, serta manajemen menghadapi tantangan berat untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan perusahaan, terutama untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang umumnya ingin mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dipekanbaru agar dapat bertahan dari pendemi Covid-19. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menguji 2 sample UMKM dengan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dirumuskan terbagi menjadi strategi korporasi, strategi bisnis, strategi fungsional. Dan untum 2 UMKM yang berbeda akan dirumuskan strategi yang berbeda berdasarkan analisis lungkingan.
