Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Self-Efficacy Guru Terhadap Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru di SMP Negeri 1 Habinsaran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan self eficacy guru terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 1 Habinsaran yang berlokasi di Parsoburan Tengah Kecamatan Parsoburan Kabupaten Toba Provinsi Samosir Sumatera Utara. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berbentuk kuesioner, dimana yang menjadi respondennya adalah 31 guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelian survey. Analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif , analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme, ada pengaruh self eficacy guru terhadap profesionalisme guru dan ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan self efikasi guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme.
