Abstract

Ileus adalah oklusi atau kelumpuhan usus yang menyebabkan akumulasi proksimal ke lokasi penyumbatan. Data WHO tahun 2020 penyakit traktus digestivus berada dalam 10 besar penyakit yang mengakibatkan kematian di dunia. Sekitar 60-90% kasus ileus menjadi penyebab dari akut abdomen. Ileus obstruksi membutuhkan penanganan yang segera karena merupakan suatu keadaan darurat. Faktor-faktor yang menentukan morbiditas meliputi usia pasien, komorbiditas, dan keterlambatan dalam perawatan. Data yang diperoleh, mortalitas obstruksi usus secara keseluruhan masih sekitar 5-8%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik ileus obstruktif di RSUD Haji Makassar tahun 2021-2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh 24 sampel pasien ileus osbtruksi. Usia terbanyak pada 46-55 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki (67%), etiologi terbanyak adalah adhesi (54%), luas obstruksi terbanyak adalah obstruksi total (54%), letak obstruksi terbanyak adalah letak rendah (71%), pemeriksaan penunjang terbanyak adalah foto polos abdomen 3 posisi (58%), penatalaksanaan terbanyak adalah tindakan operatif (79%).
