Abstract

Ileus Obstruksi adalah keadaan darurat bedah umum karena penyumbatan mekanis usus. Ileus Obstruksi dapat disebabkan oleh banyak proses patologis, tetapi penyebab utama di negara maju adalah adhesi intra-abdominal. Faktor-faktor yang menentukan morbiditas meliputi usia pasien, komorbiditas, dan keterlambatan dalam perawatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik penderita ileus obsturktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Literature Review atau tinjauan pustaka. Studi literature review merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data atau sumber yang berhubungan dengan suatu topic tertentu. Data atau sumber tersebut berasal dari jurnal, buku, dan pustaka lain. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian literature review menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik penderita ileus obstruksi berdasarkan usia ialah kisaran usia 30-60 tahun, sedangkan berdasarkan jenis kelamin didapatkan laki-laki, sedangkan berdasarkan letak obstruksi lebih banyak terjadi di letak tinggi (usus halus), sedangkan berdasarkan pemeriksaan penunjang didapatkan foto polos abdomen, dan berdasarkan tatalaksana didapatkan bawah tatalaksana operatif merupakan pilihan yang paling banyak dilakukan pada pasien ileus obstruksi.
