Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik tata kelola perusahaan apakah sudah sesuai dan sejalan dengan laporan yang disajikan oleh perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari website resmi PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. dan Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016 - 2019. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari Analisis ini menjelaskan bahwa Tata Kelola Perusahaan PT Astra International Tbk sudah menerapkan Prinsip Corporate Governance dengan baik dalam hal Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Responsibilitas, Indenpendensi dan Keadilan.
