Persaingan bisnis disaat masa pandemi sekarang membuat pelaku usaha semakin bersaing ketat untuk tetap mempertahankan usaha yang dimiliki nya, oleh sebab itu Perusahaan atau Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) harus memiliki strategi yang tepat untuk dapat bersaing. Manajemen Strategi merupakan suatu proses pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat mendasar yang dilakukan oleh pemilik usaha untuk dapat mempertahakan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen strategi yang digunakan oleh usaha Ayam Batokok Dora selama masa pandemi covid-19.
