Abstract

Operasi ialah tindakan medis yang dilakukan dengan membuat sayatan pada area tubuh tertentu untuk mendiagnosis atau mengobati sebuah penyakit. Pada umumnya tindakan ini dilakukan dengan cara memotong sebagian tubuh dan akan mencederai jaringan tubuh sehingga akan menimbulkan perubahan fisiologis. Riset ini memanfaatkan metodologi riset cross-sectional dan memanfaatkan purposive sampling untuk memilih jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Para perawat memanfaatkan angket taraf kecemasan ZSAS dan kuesioner komunikasi terapeutik perawat sebagai alat penilaian mereka. Hipotesis diuji dengan memanfaatkan koefisien korelasi product moment Pearson. Ditemukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan hasil yang sangat signifikan. Nilai r yang dihitung ialah -0,01**.
