Analisis Capaian Literasi STEM Peserta Didik pada Pembelajaran Biologi Kelas XII SMAN 6 Padang

Kemampuan literasi STEM mencakup penerapan dan integrasi konsep (sains), keterampilan (teknologi), cara, dan perhitungan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah kompleks dalam situasi nyata. Namun, pada kenyataannya, peserta didik masih kurang terampil dalam penggunaan teknologi dan kurang antusias dalam membaca. Maka, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik keterampilan peserta didik terhadap literasi STEM. Populasi dan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, sebanyak 32 orang peserta didik kelas XII SMAN 6 Padang. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui uji tes yang terdiri dari 17 pertanyaan mengenai literasi STEM. Penelitian menemukan bahwa tingkat literasi STEM berada di kategori sedang dengan persentase rata-rata 64,27%. Detail persentase adalah sebagai berikut: literasi sains mencapai 60,00% (kategori sedang), literasi teknologi dan teknik hanya mencapai 43,75% (kategori rendah), sementara literasi matematika mencapai 89,06% (kategori sangat tinggi). Dari data tersebut, dapat diperoleh keterampilan literasi STEM peserta didik terbilang cukup baik dan mereka cukup mampu menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan literasi STEM.
