Transformasi Hotel Cerdas: Penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) pada Kamar Hotel untuk Meningkatkan Personalisasi Pengalaman Tamu

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi AI dapat memungkinkan kamar hotel untuk menjadi lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap preferensi tamu. Melalui pemanfaatan penggunaan sistem AI untuk menganalisis data yang dihasilkan, hotel dapat mengidentifikasi pola perilaku tamu dan menghasilkan rekomendasi personal yang sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur review untuk mengumpulkan data dan mengolah data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dengan yang diteliti. Berbagai sumber tersebut termasuk database ilmiah, jurnal, dan buku, digunakan untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang penerapan artificial intelligence (AI) pada kamar hotel untuk meningkatkan personalisasi tamu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yakni memungkinkan hotel untuk memberikan pengalaman yang lebih unik dan disesuaikan secara individu bagi setiap tamu, meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, penerapan AI juga berpotensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperluas kesempatan untuk inovasi layanan di masa depan. Dengan demikian, AI dalam kamar hotel merupakan langkah menuju transformasi hotel cerdas yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan menciptakan pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa.
