Pancong Lumer 88 merupakan usaha kecil dan menengah yang bergerak dibidang kuliner yang menjual kue Pancong dengan berbagai macam rasa dan topping dengan harga yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak dari strategi promosi word of mouth (WOM) terhadap Usaha Pancong Lumer 88. Penelitian ini berupa artikel berdasarkan sumber deskriptif dan kualitatif menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih detail dan akurat tanpa menggunakan kuesioner, Peneliti melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pihak Pancong Lumer 88. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa straregi promosi Word Of Mouth (WOM) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pancong Lumer 88.
