Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Pelayanan Pegawai Tata Usaha di SMKN 3 Padang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Pelayanan Pegawai Tata Usaha Di SMKN 3 Padang dalam hal (1) keramahan dan kesopanan, (2) komunikatif, (3) ketepatan, (4) kecepatan.Jenis penelitian inideskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 745 siswa dan menggunakan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling sebanyak 94 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket model skala likert yang memiliki 5 alternatif jawaban. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap pelayanan pegawai tata usaha di SMKN 3 Padang sudah baik dengan rata-rata skor 4,10.
