Tujuan penelitiann ini untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinann kepala sekolah menengah atas Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang dilihat dari mempengaruhi, menggerakkan dan memotivasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif, populasi yaitu guru yang mengajar di SMA N 1 Lembah Melintang berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuisioner/angket. Hasil penelitian Secara umum persepsii guru terhadap kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang berada pada skor rata-rata 4,5 dengan kategori baik.
