Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang promosi dan pemasaran Radja koffie. Dengan adanya radja koffie penulis bisa menganilis tentang bidang kuliner dalam metode manajemen pesamaran. Metode yang di pakai adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif , dimana penulis telah mewawancarai owner dan turun ke lapangan melihat yang terjadi secara langsung. kesimpulannya adalah Radja koffie melakukan suatu pemasaran yang baik sehingga dapat dijadikan kajian terkait strategi pemasaran
