Abstract

Pemahaman karir siswa sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) merupakan topik yang penting dalam konteks pendidikan dan pengembangan karir. Pemahaman karir yang baik dapat membantu siswa dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat mengenai pilihan pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pekerjaan di masa depan yang memiliki dampak dari pemahaman karir yang baik terhadap perkembangan siswa. Pemahaman karir yang baik dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, mengurangi kebingungan dalam memilih jalur pendidikan dan pekerjaan, serta membantu siswa mengembangkan rencana karir yang realistis dan berorientasi pada masa depan.
