Pendekatan Emosional pada guru TK sangat penting dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendekatan emosional guru TK selama belajar online pada muridnya. Subjek penelitian ini 43 orang yang terdiri beberapa guru TK di kota Bukitinggi. Metode dalam penelitiaan ini mengunakan pendekatan indigenous dengan pertanyaan ilmiah, dan bantuan google from dengan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitiaan ini menunjukan bahwa guru tk melakukan pendekatan emosional melalui Zoom, VC, WA, melalui orang tua, menyapa dengan mengirim vidio atau audio., dengan upaya yang dilakukan mengajak anak bernyayi saat zoom,dan vc, bercerita mengirim vidio pembelajaran. Namun upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru tidak terlalu berhasil untuk melakukan pendekatan emosional pada murid.
