Penerapan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick Level 3 pada Program Pengembangan Operator di PT Pupuk Kaltim

Program pengembangan sumber daya manusia memerlukan evaluasi untuk menilai efektivitas program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas Operator Development Program menggunakan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Fokus utama penelitian ini ialah mengukur sejauh mana implementasi kompetensi operator di lingkungan kerja setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 49 operator. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei berbasis self-assessment. Teknik analisis data melibatkan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Sig. < 0.05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan perilaku yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta mampu mengimplementasikan keterampilan yang mereka pelajari dalam praktik kerja sehari-hari. Dalam hal ini, Operator Development Program berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kompetensi operator PT Pupuk Kaltim.
