Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Hasil Belajar Instalasi Penerangan Listrik Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII TITL SMK di Kabupaten Gresik dengan Lingkungan Belajar sebagai Variabel Moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII TITL SMK di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan locus of control internal terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, namun tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan locus of control eksternal terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Lingkungan belajar tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh locus of control internal dan pengaruh locus of control eksternal terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Lingkungan belajar tidak mampu memoderasi antara hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa.
