Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak internet terhadap perilaku sosial remaja di lingkungan kost. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus diterapkan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyoroti dampak internet yang cukup besar terhadap dinamika sosial remaja, mencakup aspek-aspek positif serta negatif Remaja yang sering menggunakan internet cenderung lebih terbuka dalam pergaulan namun juga rentan terhadap perilaku menyimpang seperti kecanduan internet dan isolasi sosial. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengawasan dan pendidikan digital bagi remaja untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif dan memaksimalkan dampak positif dari penggunaan internet.
