Persepsi Siswa tentang Kepribadian Guru dan Hubungannya dengan Motivasi Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas VI MIN 3 Langkat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana persepsi siswa tentang kepribadian guru dan hubungannya terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa. Adapun metode yang digunakan dala penelitian ini ialah penelitian lapangan (field research), data didapat dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan memberikan angket kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bahwa persepsi siswa tentang kepribadian guru kelas VI di MIN 3 Langkat dalam kategori Baik (60%). Motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI MIN 3 Langkat adalah Sangat Baik (60%). Persepsi Tentang Kepribadian Guru berkontribusi positif dan meyakinkan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI MIN 3 Langkat dengan tingkat signifikansi yang sedang atau cukup.
