Pengaruh Latihan High Knee Run dan Double Leg Run terhadap Kelincahan dan Kecepatan pada Siswa Mi Al-Fithrah Surabaya

Penelitian ini fokus terhadap seberapa besar pengaruh latihan ladder drill high knee run dan double leg run terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan pada siswa MI Al-Fithrah Surabaya (ekstrakurikuler olahraga). Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes shuttle run dan sprint 30 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig untuk high knee run (X1) terhadap kelincahan (Y1) adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dan terhadap kecepatan (Y2) adalah 0,002 < 0,05. Nilai sig untuk double leg run (X2) terhadap kelincahan kaki (Y1) adalah 0,001 < 0,05 dan terhadap kecepatan (Y2) adalah 0,004 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan ladder drill high knee run dan double leg run terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan.
