Pengaruh Student Teachers Experience, Family Environment dan Academic Self Efficacy terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Student Teachers Experience, Family Environment dan Academic self efficacy terhadap minat menjadi guru. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya sebanyak 140 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode stastistik dan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Student Teachers Experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Sedangkan Family Environment dan Academic self efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, dan Pendidikan Tata Niaga Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
