Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada salah satu perusahaan manufaktur rotan daerah Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode kuantitatif sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data yang bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa.
