Abstract

Artikel ini membahas evaluasi komprehensif faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur kompensasi di fasilitas kesehatan, dengan fokus khusus pada peran kualifikasi dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini mengulas literatur terkini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai elemen yang berkontribusi terhadap penetapan struktur kompensasi, termasuk pendidikan, pengalaman, dan hasil kinerja. Dengan memanfaatkan data dari berbagai studi, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi keputusan kompensasi dalam konteks fasilitas kesehatan. Temuan dari review ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan yang berguna bagi manajer fasilitas kesehatan dalam merancang struktur kompensasi yang adil dan efektif.
