Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perkembangan kemampuan motorik siswa kelas IV di SDN Karawaci 5 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Karawaci 5 Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara guru PJOK dan siswa kelas IV, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk menggali informasi objek, sarana, prasarana pendidikan dan dokumentasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa siswa kelas IV A di SDN Karawaci 5 Kota Tangerang mengalami perkembangan kemampuan motorik yang baik, perbedaan jenis kelamin merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kemampuan motorik tetapi bukan satu-satunya, karena masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kemampuan motorik kasar anak seperti motivasi belajar, simulasi, dan lingkungan.
