Analisis Kesalahan Sintaksis pada Karangan Cerita Pendek Siswa Kelas X OTKP SMK Swasta Lamaholot

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kesalahan sintaksis pada karangan cerita pendek siswa kelas X OTKP SMK Swasta Lamaholot. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis kesalahan sintaksis dalam bidang frasa dan dua jenis kesalahan sintaksis dalam bidang kalimat. Jenis kesalahan frasa terdiri dari: (1) adanya pengaruh bahasa daerah, (2) penggunaan preposisi yang tidak tepat, dan (3) susunan kata yang tidak tepat. Adapun jenis kesalahan sintaksis dalam bidang kalimat, antara lain kalimat yang tidak bersubjek. Kesalahan tersebut bisa terjadi karena faktor (1) pengaruh bahasa ibu atau bahasa daerah, (2) kurangnya penerapan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia dalam berkomunikasi, dan (3) karena kurangnya minat siswa dalam menulis karangan.
